Technically, gambling is illegal in Japan. At Jack&Queen, a legal casino bar in Namba, the catch is you will never come away with any of your winnings. But that’s ok, because the point is more about the stay and play, than the jackpot. Beginners learn the basics of different casino games, experts can hone their skills, Japanese can practice in English for foriegn casinos, and everyone in general can have fun.
